XLR Cable for splitting one intercom feed into 2 feeds

This "y" chord adapter cable or passive splitter is useful if you have 4 beltpacks and only 3 outputs from the intercom power supply.

Placing one of the these at the power supply output doubles the socket to two feeds. Alternatively you can place at the end of an XLR run to feed two beltpacks without using the loop through facility on the beltpac.  The advantage of this is if the person nearest the power supply feed unplugs their beltpack for whatever reason then everyone downstream of this person will not lose their feed.
