RTS Headphones, Headsets and Microphones
RTS headsets and microphones are warranted to be free from flaws in material and workmanship for one (1) year from purchase.
Spares and Accessories
RTS intercom and headset accessories are warranted to be free from flaws in material and workmanship for six (6) month from date of purchase.
Repairs and Warranty Claims
Telex items purchased from Showcomms requiring assessment under warranty must be returned to Bosch Telex. Please contact Showcomms to arrange your return number with Bosch. The Warranty does not cover return shipping costs a charge willbe made for all shiping costs.
